To design and implement new incentive tools such as the Business Revitalization Grant and the Construction Wayfinding Grant to support small businesses in Adams County. To formalize a policy and structure for the existing tax rebate incentive program intended to attract target industries and private investment to Adams County in support of identified goals.​

Why it matters?

It is important to have a clear definition and policy for incentives when the County is considering the best use of tax dollars to stimulate a robust and resilient local economy while providing economic opportunities for community members.​
